Fetch the Sun’s Monthly Giveaway Contest

Enter to win by tagging Fetch the Sun in your Instagram post of you, your pup, or both rocking your Fetch the Sun gear. Each month, one lucky winner will be chosen at random to win the prize of the month. See contest rules below.

Contest Rules

  • No purchase necessary

  • Instagram post guidelines

    • Tagged post must contain Fetch the Sun branded apparel within the 1st photo and a tag of #fetch_the_sun within the caption and/or comments section.

    • Entrants must not use copyrighted materials not belonging to them or Fetch the Sun in their posts.

      • Examples of copyrighted materials include, but is not limited to songs, sounds, images, and phrases.

      • Content provided by Instagram is valid, such as reel music, sounds, etc...

    • Posts must not contain any nudity and/or offensive language.

    • Failure to abide by these contest rules will result in an invalid entry.

    • Fetch the Sun reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entrant’s post we determine to be malicious and/or offensive.

  • Only one entry per user per month will be counted

  • Prize distribution/shipping

    • Monthly prize will be shipped at no charge to the winner only within the United States. See below for prize distribution outside of the United States.

      • A valid address must be provided by the winner.​

        • Fetch the Sun will not reship a prize due to an incorrect address provided by the winner​

        • Please provide a safe area to receive packages; Fetch the Sun will not be held responsible for packages once the shipper marks it as delivered; this includes, but is not limited to packages damaged by animals, packages damaged by weather, and/or package theft. 

    • If the above listed prize of the month is not available for any reason, we will issue to the winner a gift card in the retail value amount of the prize listed..

    • If the contest winner resides outside of the United States, a gift card for the prize's listed retail value may be issued in lieu of the listed prize.

      • Fetch the Sun reserves the right to determine if a gift card will be issued in lieu of the listed prize

  • Prize selection

    • Typically, contest drawings will take place 5-10 days after the end of the month.

    • All entries IG usernames will be entered into a wheel type software and ran one time.

      • Winner will be selected at random.

      • A screen recording of this drawing will be uploaded to this page and will be available until time of the next month's drawing.

  • Winner/prize notification

    • Notification of winning entry will typically be accomplished through a message through Instagram.

      • If sizing is required, an applicable sizing chart(s) will be included in the message.​

    • It is the winner's responsibility to acknowledge and furnish a shipping address and applicable prize sizes.

    • It is the winner's responsibility to select the correct sizes per the furnished sizing chart(s) and as always, Fetch the Sun is available to help with any sizing questions. Returns/exchanges will not be granted for prizes.​​​
