Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been serving the community for over 60 years. They are dedicated to promoting the humane treatment of animals and providing a safe and loving environment for them. RCHS offers a variety of services to our San Diego community, including adoption, education, training, and more.
RCHS is well known for their personalized pet adoption process. They take the time to get to know each and every animal in their care, so they can match them with the perfect forever home. They also offer a Foster program which allows RCHS to increase their shelter size and they have a wonderful teen foster program where teens can earn service hours for their school or organization.
Rancho Coastal is committed to educating the public about responsible pet ownership and helping to reduce the number of animals that end up in shelters. They offer a wide variety of educational programs for kids, from school presentations to animal camps. They are truly committed to making a difference in the lives of animals and the people who love them.
