Shipping

All orders are shipped from California and are normally delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Purchases shipped within the United States arrive within 3-7 business days after an order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivery times vary within the United States between 2-5 days. Most international orders are delivered via USPS Priority International or International First-Class services and delivery times vary based of location and local delivery lead times. Each order will receive a tracking number that will be provided upon package drop-off.

Due to delays caused by COVID and high-demand, please allow extra time for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. To accommodate gift giving, purchases made between November 12 and December 24 of every year are eligible for return through February 1, of the following year.

For returns and exchanges, buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to Fetch the Sun. Return shipping must include tracking information.


If exchanging, we offer free shipping on all replacement U.S. domestic shipments. International customers are responsible for outgoing shipping charges. Upon receipt of the item, an exchange will be shipped or a refund will be processed.


While we do not charge a restocking fee on unused merchandise, please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable. All items sent back must be unwashed with the original tags. Please remove excess dog hair from returned dog apparel items.
