Fetch the Sun's Animal Shelter Donation Program

Per the ASPCA, 6.3-million companion animals enter shelters every year in the United States. Fetch the Sun helps these pets find new homes by donating proceeds of each sale to animal shelters nationwide.

Animal rescue organizations use these funds to provide food, shelter, and medical care to animals in need. They also use the funds to promote adoption and spaying/neutering initiatives, which help reduce the number of homeless animals. Through our monthly animal shelter donation program, Fetch the Sun donates a portion of every sale to these amazing organizations helping animals.

Rancho Coastal Humane Society

Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS) was founded in 1960 by animal lover Maria K. Lloyd who purchased property off a small dirt road in Encinitas, California. RCHS is well-known for its personalized pet adoption process, Friends of County Animal Shelters program (FOCAS) and humane education programs.

Shelter to Soldier

Shelter to Solider adopts dogs from local shelters and trains them to become psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 combat veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or other injuries associated with traumatic service experiences. Their expertise in training service dogs is unmatched in the field and provides a great platform for them to use these talents to serve military personnel in honor of their service to our country.

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) was founded in 1866 and is the oldest humane organization in the United States. The ASPCA's mission is "to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States." The organization also helps to promote adoption and responsible pet ownership.

Dogs on Deployment

A national 501(c)(3) non-profit providing a central network for America's Heroes to find volunteers willing to board their pets while they are deployed or have other service commitments, making them unable to temporarily care for their pets. Their mission is to give military members peace of mind concerning their pets during their service commitments by providing them with the ability to find people and resources able to help them.

Chihuahua Rescue of San Diego County

The Chihuahua Rescue of San Diego County is dedicated to rescuing and caring for homeless, abandoned and injured small breed dogs throughout the San Diego County. In addition to getting these sweet little pups away from dangerous environments, they also provide medical care, fostering, and adoption counseling.

The Cantu Foundation

The Cantu Foundation is a volunteer and donation-based non-profit that rescues and rehabilitates dogs in need in the poorest areas of Tijuana, Mexico, and Southern California. To date, the foundation has already helped save dozens of dogs and their long-term goal is to build a sanctuary in Tijuana to be able to rescue and rehabilitate dogs in higher numbers.

A New Leash on Life

A New Leash on Life is an animal rescue organization in Huntsville, Alabama that provides shelter and adoption services for animals in need. Their goal is to save all of Alabama’s homeless animals.

Michigan Animal Rescue League

The Michigan Animal Rescue League (MARL) is an organization that takes in abandoned, abused, and homeless animals and gives them a second chance at life through adoption. MARL also works to educate the public about the importance of responsible pet ownership. Established in 1953, it is one of southeast Michigan’s most established animal shelters.

Frosted Faces Foundation

Frosted Faces is a non-profit organization that delivers the promise of family and quality veterinary care for senior animals whose love and lives are in jeopardy.

Second Chance Dog Rescue

Second Chance Dog Rescue a San Diego non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to saving homeless dogs. They rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs, primarily from local shelters, as well as dogs surrendered by their owners for various reasons, and dogs from Baja California, Mexico.

Operation Helping Hounds

Coordinates and provides logistics pertaining to the relocation of homeless, neglected, and abused at risk Hound Dogs, in high kill shelters to established partner rescue groups, located where the breed is not as prevalent, and a healthy public adoption base/interest exists.

Helen Woodward Animal Center

Helen Woodward Animal Center (HWAC) is a unique, private non-profit organization in San Diego County that has been committed to the philosophy of people helping animals and animals helping people for over 45 years. Located on 12 acres in Rancho Santa Fe, California, our nationally recognized Center provides a variety of services that benefit the community through educational and therapeutic programs for people, and humane care and adoption for animals.

Baja Animal Sanctuary

The Baja Animal Sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs and cats in need in and around Rosarito, Mexico, just 22-miles south of the San Ysidro boarder. The sanctuary provides a safe haven for abused, neglected and abandoned animals. Their occupancy changes daily, but they average 400 residents (dogs & cats) on any given day.

Pups'N Boots

Pups'N Boots rescues pregnant street pups, their litters, and motherless/orphan litters from unsafe conditions in Baja California, Mexico. Once rescued, they provide all necessary vet care, vaccines, required medication, testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter, microchip, rehabilitate and find wonderful homes for all the pups.
