Fetch the Sun is a family-owned company based in one of the most dog-friendly cities in the world: San Diego, California.
Established in 2019, we've stayed true to our mission of creating high-quality, stylish, and functional adventure-based apparel for dogs and humans.
Today, we’re an international lifestyle brand for dogs lovers and their pups.
Our Beginnings
The idea for Fetch the Sun was born out of love for dogs and outdoor adventure. After constantly looking for dog-themed, outdoor-based clothing and coming up empty handed, we thought, “why don’t we make some”. And with that, Fetch the Sun was born!
Within four months of coming up with the idea, we trademarked our brand and launched our first two lines: No Ruff Waves and Tails on the Trails. Fitting as hiking and surfing are our favorite activities we share with our pups. We instantly saw success with those first two collections and knew there was a strong demand from all those Dog Moms and Dog Dads out there.
What started as a side hustle quickly turned into a full-time business venture, and we’re loving every minute of it! We’re constantly coming up with new ideas for products and ways to grow our brand.

We believe that sharing an active lifestyle with our doggies provides many health benefits for both them and us. Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and increase feelings of happiness and relaxation. Another benefit is that it helps strengthen the bonds between us and our pups.
All Fetch the Sun designs have incorporated elements of outdoor adventures that can be easily shared with our four-legged best buddies. From our Tails on the Trails hiking line to our No Ruff Waves surfing tees, Fetch the Sun has human and dog clothes to celebrate all your shared journeys. We love to dress for the adventures we’re embarking on, and it makes sense that our furry friends have a wardrobe just as cool.

As a dog lover lifestyle brand, we not only focus on making amazing clothes for dogs and dog lovers. We design our collections so that you and your pup can coordinate and match outfits and look great together. Fetch the Sun is proud to offer matching options in t-shirts, hats, and hoodies.
But don't worry, if coordinating isn't your thing, our clothes also look great on their own. Our human clothes are designed with comfort and adventure in mind, perfect for everyday wear. And our dog clothes are not only fashionable but functional as well. They’re made from soft material that’s perfect for mimicking a hug, keeping your pup warm or minimizing shedding.
Sales Support Animal Rescue
When we think about the number of animals who deserve a home but remain unadopted, it breaks our heart. That's why instead of adopting more pets to our household - which is already full of kids, dogs, and cats - we started the Fetch the Sun animal shelter sponsorship program. Each month we sponsor an animal rescue organization and donate a portion of every sale to their mission of helping shelter pets find new, forever homes. We are extremely proud of this program and have donated every month since we began this business in 2019.
